2. What is a VIP ticket?
A VIP ticket allows you to enjoy star treatment all day long! After arriving in style with express entry VIP lanes, you get access to the exclusive VIP area which is the perfect sanctuary to chill out, revive, meet and mingle. As if that wasn't enough, you will have access to the VIP bars and the all important VIP toilets!

3. Where can I buy Tickets?
Online: gvf.com.au, moshtix.com.au or ticketmaster.com.au

• All tickets purchased online from gvf.com.au are processed via moshtix.com.au and will be ‘print at home' e-tickets emailed to you after making the purchase. These are to be printed and brought for entry on Festival day. You can find additional ticketing FAQ's for Moshtix system HERE.

4. Is there a limit to the amount of tickets I can buy?
There is a LIMIT of 10 tickets ONLY per customer. This number may be reduced as the festival date nears.

5. How long does it take for my credit card to be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of making the purchase.

6. What details do I need to supply on tickets I purchase, and why?
You will need to include the name and date of birth for each attendee you purchase tickets for, including yourself. This is an anti-scalping measure so that ticket sales for Good Vibrations Festival are to people who want to attend, not to scalpers who want to profiteer from ticket sales and therefore make it more expensive for others to buy. Festival attendees will need to provide valid photo ID that corresponds with the names and birthdates on their tickets to gain entry to the Festival.

7. What forms of photo ID will I need to get into the festival?
Good Vibrations Festival is strictly an 18+ event. Valid photo ID is required to enter the site. Acceptable Identification is:

i. valid Passport
ii. valid Australian drivers licence; or
iii. valid Victorian Proof of Age Card.

Please note that different States have different policies regarding valid photo ID. For example, a Western Australian Photo Card may not be valid for entry to Good Vibrations Festival in Victoria.

8. Are my tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled by Jam in which case refunds will be made (less booking fees & applicable charges) provided the ticket holder shows proof of authorised purchase & applies for the refund within 14 days of cancellation. If Jam deems it necessary to abandon the event due to forces of nature any refund will be at the discretion of Jam.

9. Can I commercially re-sell my GVF Tickets?
Tickets may not be offered for re-sale except through Moshtix as the authorised re-selling agent. Jam Music reserves the right to void any tickets without compensation which are sold by the original purchaser through unauthorised channels & the new ticket holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue. This is an anti-scalping measure so that ticket sales for Good Vibrations Festival are to people who want to attend, not to scalpers who want to profiteer from ticket sales and therefore make it more expensive for others to buy.

11. How quickly do tickets sell out?
In 2010 Good Vibrations Festival Melbourne sold out. We recommend purchasing your tickets early to avoid disappointment!

12. Does sold out mean sold out?
Yes, if Jam Music has announced that GVF2011 Melbourne is sold out, there will be no tickets for sale at the box office on the day of the festival.

E-TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH GVF.COM.AU OR MOSHTIX

1. How do I print my tickets if I purchase them through gvf.com.au or moshtix.com.au?
Tickets will be sent to your email address as a pdf file; tickets can then be opened with Adobe Reader and printed in either black and white or colour so that the barcode and all attendees' details are visible. If you have any problems printing your ticket please contact your ticket vendor or ticketsupport@moshtix.com.au.

2. What should I do if I do not receive my emailed tickets?
Don't worry, you can choose to have your ticket re-sent to you by logging in to your Moshtix account with whih you purchased your tickets. Should you have further problems, please contact your ticket vendor.

3. Can I re-issue my ticket if I am no longer able to attend the event?
Moshtix can reiissue tickets so you can update names/details on purchased tickets for a fee of $15 per reissue. Simply log on to your Moshtix account and follow the steps provided to reissue your ticket. For any further enquiries contact your ticket vendor.

4. What should I do if I put the wrong details on my ticket?
Please make sure that when purchasing your ticket, all the information you provide at the time of purchase is correct. If you do provide the wrong details, you will have to reissue your ticket resulting in a $15 reissuing fee as stated above.

5. Can I purchase multiple tickets for friends under one name, and if so how does this affect our entry on Festival day?
Yes, it is possible to buy multiple tickets under one name, but we only recommend this if you are sure that you will be arriving at the festival together as one group. You will all still be asked to provide valid ID at the front gates. If the purchaser whose name is on the ticket is already inside the festival when you arrive, he/she will not be able to come out and let you in as there is a strict no pass out policy at Good Vibrations Festival.

PLEASE NOTE: If you decide you want to split it up into separate names to make entry to the festival easier, the reissuing fee of $15 will occur, per name change.

6. What if I lose my ticket?
Since e-tickets are delivered by email, it's always a good idea NOT to delete the original email these arrive on. Should you print it and lose the hard copy, you can always refer back to this email and reprint it. If you have deleted the soft copy, log in to your Moshtix account and follow the steps to resend the e-ticket. If you loose the soft copy on the way to the event, there will be Moshtix staff on hand who will be able to verify purchaser details and validate the original ticket allowing you access to the Festival.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are buying a ticket for multiple people under one name and lose said ticket, Moshtix staff will not be able to authorise entry to your friends whose names were not put on the ticket at the initial booking. It is recommended that you buy tickets separately or under each individual name to avoid disappointment.

7. What if my e-ticket gets wet?
Unfortunately, as we learnt at past GVF events; rain happens. Thankfully ticket staff at the gates are still able to scan a majority of barcodes, even if wet. If your ticket will not scan, Moshtix staff will assist in finding your original purchase details on their computers allowing you access to the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This event is strictly 18+. Valid photo ID & a valid ticket are required to enter the event.

2. Valid photo ID means current Passport, current Australian Drivers Licence or current proof of age card issued from the state authority in which you will be attending the festival.

3. No pass outs will be issued after entry for the duration of the event.

4. Entry is at own risk.

5. Jam reserves the right to enforce published ticket purchase limits and cancel any tickets obtained by any one purchaser above those limits.

6. Tickets may transferred or resold only through Moshtix as the authorised agent. Jam reserves the right to void any tickets without compensation if on-sold by the original purchaser through an unauthorised agent. Any ticket/s found to contravene this condition may be cancelled and the holder/s may be refused entry or evicted from the venue.

7. Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled by Jam in which case refunds will be made (less booking fees & applicable charges) provided the ticket holder shows proof of authorised purchase & applies for the refund within 14 days of cancellation. If Jam deems it necessary to abandon the event due to forces of nature any refund will be at the discretion of Jam.

8. No alcohol, drugs, weapons, professional recording equipment, gas bottles, pets, umbrellas, eskies, fireworks, lasers, non-sealed drink containers, cans or glass are allowed on site. All bags/containers will be searched upon entry.

9. You may be filmed/photographed at the festival & footage/images may be used.

10. You must be wrist banded on entry. This wristband must be worn at all times once inside the event. If you enter the event without a wristband, you will be deemed a fence jumper & you will be evicted by security and may be liable to prosecution.

11. Jam reserves the right to vary advertised programming (including changes to artists) or reschedule the event.

12. Some stages have restricted capacities. Your ticket purchase does not guarantee admission to these areas if capacity has been reached.

13. Jam reserves the right to refuse entry or may require you to leave the event if you fail to comply with these terms & conditions or where you behave in a way which may endanger others or impair their enjoyment. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

14. In the case of an emergency evacuation you must follow all official directives.

15. Terms & Conditions stated on this ticket constitute a contract between Jam & the ticket holder.
